Evanston Chamber of Commerce hosts regularly scheduled networking events throughout the year. Bring your business card and come meet member-businesses from all over Evanston and surrounding communities. Each Chamber networking event has a different flavor but all offer you opportunities to connect and share ideas with professional colleagues and learn from experts to help your business thrive.
Networking Events are open to EVERYONE.
For Chamber Members admission to most Networking Events is FREE by registering online in advance. Owners, managers, or any employees of member-businesses may attend for this membership price. Just log into your membership account on our website and your registration should be discounted automatically. (Make sure your membership status is activated and that your dues are paid to receive the member discount.)
Non-Members of the Chamber can register online and attend for a nominal price. (Typically between $10-$25 depending on the event.) This is a really great way to get a taste of what the Chamber has to offer as a prospective member before paying the full annual membership fee.

Happy Hour with Evanston Chamber of Commerce
Approximately once per month on Wednesday evenings, Happy Hours are the BEST way to get to know the Evanston business community while sampling the best food & drink Evanston has to offer. These events are hosted at restaurants, breweries, eateries, and cool event spaces around Evanston. Your admission usually includes some combination of drink tickets or light appetizers (check out the event listing for exact details). Bring some business cards and come mingle with us on your way home from the office. There’s no set program or agenda so you can stop by any time (typically between 5pm and 7pm).
Networking Breakfast
Get your morning started with a high-energy meet & greet! Held sporadically throughout the year, Networking Breakfasts are scheduled on weekday mornings at member-businesses and including light breakfast snacks or refreshments. Networking Breakfasts are sometimes open-format networking sessions, or sometimes may include a guest speaker or a group conversation, depending on the group size. So be prepared to give the group a brief introduction on you and your business.
Evanston Women in Business
Evanston Women in Business was created to provide a gathering place for women in and around Evanston who are interested in business and professional development. This active group provides women an atmosphere conducive for great networking and business-related topics. Typically, this event is a sit-down luncheon with rotating speakers scheduled to present.
Right now Evanston Women on Business is on hold as we re-build our staff and our program offerings to better serve our members. We hope to bring back Evanston Women in Business in Winter ’22-’23. Thank you for your patience and stay tuned!
