Evanston Chamber members have many opportunities to learn new skills, deepen their understanding of different business topics, and collaborate with other professionals. In addition to presentations at our networking events — such as sessions on Zoom that range from economic updates to work-life balance tips — special educational sessions or groups are offered as needs arise and as the business community evolves.
Member Information Center (MIC) Online Training
This training document (PDF) includes instructions for Evanston Chamber members on how to log into the Member Portal, register for events, customize your online directory page, and posting your business’s events, promotional offers, job postings, and news releases.
Recovery University is a six-month program that provides resources to help our members be successful in the COVID-19 business environment. The Chamber brought together experts in a wide variety of subjects to provide online classes, coaching, and peer group support. While registration is closed for this particular program, please contact us if you would like to know more.
Membership 101: Maximizing Your Investment
To help members get the most out of their Chamber, staff regularly provide Membership 101 sessions showcasing all the ways you can promote, connect, and learn. Check out the Membership 101 presentation from our last event or contact us with any questions.
Greening Your Business
In Spring 2020, the Evanston Chamber presented a session on “Greening Your Business” led by local environmental business Collective Resource Compost. Resources from that event are available.
